This Ultra-Rare Wu-Tang Nike Dunk Highs is Up For Sale
Sneaker lovers will go bonkers for this ultra-rare Wu-Tank Nike Dunk Highs. This coveted pair of Wu-Tank Dunk Highs features the iconic black and yellow color famously worn by hip-hop icons during the 90’s. The Wu-Tang iconic “W” logo graces the heel and tongue of this iconic sneaker.
The Nike Dunk was originally part of the “Be True” collection in 1985. It’s believed, not without dispute that the Dunk took inspiration from the Nike Air Jordan I. The legendary style reappeared in 1998 becoming the footwear of the Wu-Tang Clan rap group amid the release of their 1998 Swarm LP which was released in collaboration with Nike.
Following the release and collaboration, the sneaker became officially known as the Wu-Tang Killa Bees Dunk High. A special edition collection was released the following year with only 36 pairs produced for the group and friends. The sneakers were never intended to be sold to the general public and that alone adds to the excitement surrounding the sale of this ultra-rare sneaker gem.
For those interested, the Wu-Tang Nike Dunk Highs are in excellent condition, gently worn and if you are a US men’s size nine and can afford dish out $50,000, then this sneaker may be yours to proudly display in your home or office.
