The Excalibur Spider Tourbillon Watch is a Timepiece Inspired by the New Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato
With the release of the new Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato, Lamborghini and Roger Dubuis has collaborated to create a watch inspired by the new supercar.
The watch recently unveiled at the Miami Art Basel is a perfect blend of the art fest colors, lights and ambiance. The watch features a blend of chick tropical colors with the dial of a sports car.
The bright orange and yellow colors on a black base are accented with a camo-patterned strap in fiery colors that supposedly pays homage to the Serrato’s off road capabilities.
The Tourbillon watch is finished to Geneva Seal Standards which is a rigorous process of testing and decoration of each component to perfection.
The design of the watch is ultra-modern, with a 45mm case that is made from SMC Carbon, the same material used in the Sterrato’s monocoque chassis and body panels.
Both the Huracan Sterrato and the accompanying watch were launched on December 1 in Miami. The Huracan Sterrato as covered in previous articles, is the first-of-its-kind Lamborghini that is design for both on-road and off-road driving.
The watch enlarged minute markers on the bezel are inspired by the Sterrato’s distinctive fender protector and are slightly raised to mimic the supercar’s ground clearance. Red lines on the dial are inspired by the clean-cut lines of the Sterrato’s roof rack.
Only 28 pieces of this iconic watch will be produced with prices upon request.
