Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Nature Reserve has been chosen as the location for the yacht club and besides its whopping mega-marina, it will also have a eight resorts offering up to 1,300 hotel rooms along with luxury F&B outlets, retail spaces and leisure facilities.
The project is part of Saudi Vision 2030 projects and will be central to the Kingdom’s ambition to become a major tourist destination in the Middle East. The design of the Triple Yacht Club takes inspiration from geometry and the amalgamation of land and sea.
The project will be completed in 2024 and will be spread across 7,900 sq. meters and will be divided into four levels, offering patrons an opulent home away from home where they can indulge in business and relaxation. Once open it is expected to generate up to $3bn GDP for Amaala, the ultra-luxury development company pioneering the project.
