Architect Sean Lockyer of Studio AR&D renovated this 1940’s gem located in Coachella Valley in Southern California. Better known as the Rancho Road Bungalow, this mid-century mirage located in the California desert is now on sale for $3.5 million.

The property boasts its original structure and its kidney-shaped swimming pool built in the early 1940s. New additions include a guest wing, a new angled addition for a new kitchen, a primary bedroom and a media room.

The minimalist inspired property features Fleetwood sliders in the living room that expands the interior to the lush exterior landscape surrounded by the mountains of the Coachella Valley.
