Pininfarina Unveils New Pura Vision EV Concept With Glass Cabin and Gullwing Style Doors

While EV sales are plummeting in the United States with the public preferring the reliability and range of gasoline powered cars, nonetheless automakers continue to pour out new models of EV’s regardless of the statistics. Pininfarina, the Italian car design firm has introduced a new luxury EV concept at the 2023 Monterrey Car Week known as the Pura Vision.

The new Pura Vision is an EV crossover with opposite-hinged doors and door glass that open in a gullwing style configuration. The interior is adorned in leather with textured fabric, anodized aluminum, and exposed carbon fiber.

Under the hood, very little information is known about the powertrain but the little we do know is that it will produce up to 1,000 hp and have a driving range comparable to other luxury EV’s. Pura Vision is a concept for now with no decision officially made on production.
