LG touts it as “the world’s first transparent and true wireless 4K OLED TV,” positioning it as a remarkable display of the company’s most advanced television technology.
The LG Signature OLED T is a 77-inch OLED television that features a unique transparent mode, allowing viewers to see through the screen, creating the illusion that images are suspended in mid-air against the backdrop of the environment behind the panel. This striking visual effect is certainly captivating. For those who prefer a traditional viewing experience, the TV also offers an opaque mode, which enhances contrast by adding a black layer to the background, effectively blocking light from behind the screen.
This OLED TV boasts a 4K resolution (3,840 x 2,170 pixels) and a 120Hz refresh rate, along with advanced features typical of high-end displays, including dynamic tone mapping, pixel dimming, HDR, Dolby Vision, and various AI-driven picture enhancements. To maintain the sleek aesthetic of its transparent design, the TV connects wirelessly to LG’s Zero Connect Box, where all video and audio devices can be connected.
