Caspian Star is an Ultra-Luxurious Superyacht Concept From Abbasli Design
With many of the world’s super yachts emanating from places such as Europe and the United States, no one would guess that a little nascent startup in the heart of the Caspian Sea would design the next amazing superyacht concept. Caspian Sea based Abbasli Design has unveiled the Caspian Star, a 147-foot superyacht concept that debuts the company’s entrance into the yacht design space.
The vessel if constructed will be made with a steel hull and a lightweight aluminum superstructure to reduce weight and energy consumption. This reduction in weight creates a draft of only 7 feet that allows this superyacht to operate in shallows seas such as the Caspian Sea and the Persian Gulf. The design of the vessel features a striking exterior painted burgundy and gray. The interior is incredibly simple in design compared to the exterior, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and cream furnishings.
There is ample interior space for five large cabins for up to 10 guests and four additional cabins for seven crew members. In addition, the vessel features a fold-down platform at the rear, a beach club that can be expanded, and a cascading infinity pool. Finally, there is additional space for a 23-foot tender, three Jet Skis and a multi-level pool forward connecting a plush upper deck lounge with a spacious social area at the bow.
