Stylist Jeanne Yang’s Woodland Hills Home Goes on The Market For $3.3 Million
Stylist Jeanne Yang amazing home in the western San Fernando valley is now on the market for $3.3 million. That may seem like small change to some considering the price tags of homes of other celebrities that has recently gone on sale.
Who is Jeanne Yang you might be asking? She is the famous stylist that has worked with famous actors like Jason Momoa, Christian Bale and Robert Downey Jr. in roles that we probably all have seen on the silver screens.
The home up for sale is an architectural wonder bought twenty two years ago by Yang and her husband Scott Cort in Woodland Hills, California. The home was designed by renowned architect Richard Neutra and built in 1962. It has four bedrooms and an original built-in wall clock that has been meticulously preserved. Sconces and light switches chosen by Neutra himself are also preserved in the property.
The 3,062 square-foot home known as the J.N. Baldwin House is in remarkably good condition. The couple estimated that they have spent over a million dollars in renovations since owning the property. Renovations included a new kitchen, new bathrooms and landscaping.
The home is currently listed with Allen Roth of Sotheby’s International Realty and is on the market for $3.3 million.
