Falcon Solar is a Bird-Like Solar Powered Aircraft Concept That Aims to Make Air Travel More Sustainable
Instead of the clunky steel tubular contraptions that has been ubiquitous to aviation design for the last several decades, Falcon Solar is a new breed of aviation designs that more resembles natures natural flying creatures. Created by the Budapest-based firm Lasky Design, this bird like aircraft features graceful curved wings and a bird-like fuselage designed for optimal lift that is so natural that birds themselves may become confused.

The aircraft has no engines, no inlets, no propellers, no flaps or ailerons on the wings for lift and turning, instead the wings and fuselage are covered entirely with solar panels that the company claims will provide the aircraft with propulsion. At present Falcon Solar is only a concept that is aiming to revolutionize the passenger transport market with the goal of transporting people around the world in a more sustainable and efficient way.
