Hyundai’s ‘Elevate’ Walking Robotic Car

Hyundai’s Elevate is a revolutionary concept pioneered by the Korean Automaker known as the “walking car”. It pushes the boundaries of what is currently understood to be a vehicle into the realm of robotic and artificial intelligence. The concept features multi-joint legs that were inspired by the legs of a grasshopper, which allows the “walking car” to traverse obstacles like stairs that traditional wheeled cars simply cannot. A walking car would serve many useful purposes, one of which would be transporting disabled persons right at their front door literally.
