Mercedes-Benz Places Miami is a New Residential Development From The German Automaker
It’s a global trend, where well-known automotive companies are entering the real estate market with luxury residences. Now Mercedes is venturing into the real estate trend with the Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami Florida. It’s the company’s second real estate venture and its first residential project in North America.
The new tower will be built in the Brickell Financial district of Miami and is being developed by JDS Development group. The Mercedes-Benz team collaborated with award-winning SHoP Architects and Woods Bagot to create an exquisite curved stacked building with floor-to-ceiling windows that will give occupants a panoramic view of Biscayne Bay.
The building will include luxury condominium residences, offices and wellness spaces, a world-class hotel and an open park by Field Operations. Amenities will include fitness centers, swimming pools, roof top lounge, ultra-modern Technoloy and state-of-the-art systems and security.
