The guards are BPA free, chemical free, dishwasher safe and comes in a set of two pieces each measuring 14 inches long.  For larger ovens you may need two sets to cover the width of the oven rack.  The guards are easy to install and withstands temperatures of up to 230C/450F.  Simply place on the edge of your oven rack, heat oven to desired temperature, place your food in the hot oven safely, after baking let oven cool down, remove guards, wash and reuse.
