The unique shape of the Gorilla Bow when used in a proper fashion promises to do what all the other home gyms fail to do and that is give you the chiseled body you so desire.  The system consists of four resistance bands that can be swapped out attached to a uniquely designed aluminum bow.  Band resistance is adjustable from 5 to 110 pounds so everyone from beginners to advanced can find their perfect resistance settings.
